I know you. I know that at one time, or perhaps even still, you were loved very much. Maybe over time, your loved ones stopped coming to visit you, and yet you continue to wait for their return. I know, in your lifetime you made a difference and left your mark. I know there were good times, and there were bad times. You laughed, you cried, you got mad, you made friends, you made enemies, you loved and you hated. You forgave and you were forgiven.
~
What do I want you to know about me? I care, I will listen if you have something to say. I will sit here in the darkness with you in silence, if that will bring comfort to you. I will tell you it is OK to let go and move on, if that is what you need. I am here, to respect, honor, and celebrate your life, and the person you once were, and still are. Because, I know you.

The most common question I get as a Paranormal Investigator
is. How do I become one and what does it take to become one. Well, actually I
get asked what it takes to be a ghost hunter. My answer to them is always "Are
you really ready to become one?" Once, I ask them that question, I usually
get this odd look from them as if to say, "uh yeah I am ready". This
look is always the same. Ok, I say to them, you are ready, so now tell me what
it is you think I do. The answer I can best depict is this: I think you do what
I see the ghost hunters on TV do. |

In
the mind of us humans, there is an elusive yet almost compatible border between
dreams and reality. It is said that blessed are those who dream in color and
great sensory detail, and especially blessed are those who vividly remember
everything, or almost everything, from their dreams. Others, however, may not
be as fortunate. These people wake up clueless or confused, wanting to remember
the night before but are helpless about it. Dreams are the doorways and
trapdoors to our Unconscious. We don't just dream just so we can have a
leisurely adventure time during our sleep. We dream because it is our
Unconscious mind's turn to process everything we have experienced during our
waking hours. ~Tracy

On March
3rd 2012, Emerald Coast Paranormal Concepts conducted a paranormal
investigation of the Russ House. The Russ house, which is now the home of the
Marianna Chamber of Commerce, was built in 1895 by J.W. Russ, Jr. as a
residence for him and his mother. Better known by locals as "The Big
House" was home to 5 generations of Russ family members. The Russ House
certainly has seen its share of tragedy over the years. There were scandals
over marriages, a fortune lost in the great crash of 1929 and its builder,

On March 3rd, 2012 Emerald Coast Paranormal Concepts
conducted a paranormal investigation of the Russ House. During our
investigation we had some personal experiences. Some of the team heard voices,
while other got weird feelings of someone being behind them and being watched.
At this we have started the review of all the evidence. This process will take
a little while due to the fact that we had 5 digital recorder set out and they
each recorded for a little over 6 hours of audio. We had 6 video cameras set
out. each of these capturing 6 hours of video. We have a total of 66 hours of
audio and video to review. This review should take approximately a week to
review. Once the review is done I will assemble the team and then we as a team
will look at the possible evidence that we caught. We as a team will then
decide what is actual evidence to show. We have to by the saying when it doubt
we have to throw it out. Once we get everything done I will contact the Chamber
and set up a date and time in which we can show them our evidence. Our team
would like the Thank the Marianna chamber of Commerce, for allowing us the
opportunity to investigate the Russ House. We also hope that you will allow us
to continue our research into the paranormal by coming back and investigating
again. Mary and Art you guys are the best host.

So many of us are busily marking tasks off our "To
Do" list but how many of us are thoughtfully creating our "To
Be" list? The only way to create and execute on a meaningful "To
Be" list is to also have a "Stop Doing" list. Aristotle said it
best: "Excellence is not an art. It is a habit." We can't be
excellent, half of the time and be in a comfort zone the other half. We're
either excellent or we're not
I think that the path of starting a legacy is
placing a notion into the future that impacts the future and how we live in the
moment into the future. It all starts with this notion. Creating who you want
to be and then expanding into how you want to be remembered. Upon that groundwork
we are able to noticeably touch the lives of those around us and after us by
carefully placing powerful thoughts into the future. When you die they'll
indicate on your tomb the year of your birth and the year of your death
separated by a dash (1960 — 2020). The dash is your life. What you did. How you
lived. Whose life you touched. The legacy you left behind. The more
purposefully engaged you are in helping others, the deeper and finer and more
memorable is your dash.~ Tracy

I have a scenario for you all.
I would love to read any
insights you may have of this. If you know of some place where I can read about
this please let me know.
We went to a local cemetery. We have been to this cemetery
many times in the past. While we were there a couple of team members from
another team claimed to have some interaction with a 6 month old boy. Now we
have had some interaction with a what could possibly be a child there before.,
but not at this particular area. Here is my dilemma. |

When
someone expresses an opinion that differs from mine, I think there is good
reason for me to stop and listen. After all, I can be wrong! I think back, to how
many ideas, that I have had in the past five years that I have changed. It's
impossible for me to improve without changing. My thoughts, opinions, and
beliefs sometimes need to be broadened or improved by the ideas of others. I
remain open-minded and I willingly embrace the ideas of others. The open-minded
see the reality in diverse things. I need those diversities, for they offer me
with more options and possibilities, making me stronger and wiser investigator and
they offer me an opportunity to give the valued gifts of tolerance and
acceptance to others. So, always try to be open-minded. When others speak,
don't look for points to disagree with, but look for wisdom that you can add to
your own. By surrendering our right to be right and turning over power to
others we grant them the right to be themselves.
Perhaps we can't all be experts in the
paranormal field, but we don't have to be. All we have to do is respect others
and abandon our need to be right. As long as we do the right thing, things will
work out right. Finally, be careful of what you think of others, for you can
rise no higher than your lowest opinion of another. ~ Tracy

I have a
theory concerning a residual haunts. I think that some of these entities are
actually what has been called"Thought Forms."I think
that some of the most famous ghosts around the nation that have been commonly
referred to as residual haunting are what I suspect to be"Thought Form"spirits.
I believe these spirits were actually created by the living, and were created
by some sort of emotional disturbance such as a suicide, war, even a natural
death and grew through the emotional energy of people around them, which in
turn provided an ongoing source of emotional energy for this spirit to thrive. |

E.C.P.C. Is going to investigate the St. George Light house
on St. George Island. A little history on the place first. This light house has
been around since 1833. This light house is a
veteran of hurricanes, wars, and erosion. It has been moved numerous
times until 2008 were it was rebuilt at its current location. The Keepers
quarters were rebuilt using the original plans, but with all new material.
Inside the keepers quarters is a museum for relics that were in the light house
throughout the years. The light house itself was rebuilt using all the old
bricks from the original light house. We were able to do an afterhours walk
through with one of the curators. There has been only one report of anything
paranormal at the light house and the one claim is that you can hear keys
jingle in the light house. There was an accidental death back years ago when
the light house was at a different location. One of the keepers was hanging of
the side painting it when he fell to his death. One of the other keepers
committed suicide there when the light house was on little George island back
in the early 1900's. When we took out our Mel meter and K-II there was an
instant reading on the K-II, the emf was high everywhere even outside. There
are a bunch of power lines that are right in front of the light house. I would
ask them to turn them off but that would kill power to the whole island. So I
reckon our meters are going to be not so use full. We are going to investigate
old school. So I am looking for some old school ways to investigate. ~Tracy
